Timberlake proud to work with Madonna

Justin Timberlake has revealed that he fulfilled a life-long dream by working with Madonna.

The pair teamed up this year for the track '4 Minutes', which went on to top the charts in the UK and become a hit worldwide.

"Working with her was definitely a dream of mine. And when it came to actually doing it - it was everything you'd think it would be!" Timberlake told Hello! magazine. "It was great and it was bad and it was cool and it was tedious sometimes and it was fun and we went down into the valleys together and we came out on top of mountains."

He added: "We had a really good time. And I'm now very happy to be able to call her a friend. She's a really, really special person."

Madonna celebrated her 50th birthday with friends and family in London at the weekend.
