Britney celebrates MTV Awards hat-trick

The 25-year-old singer won all three categories in which she was nominated, including the prestigious Video of The Year trophy for 'Piece Of Me'.
Spears also won the Best Female Video gong, ahead of Rihanna and Mariah Carey, and beat the Jonas Brothers to the Best Pop Video prize.
Spears began her triumphant evening by opening the annual awards ceremony, saying: "Thank you so much. Thank you for all the love. I'm here tonight to celebrate a very important birthday - the 25th anniversary of the VMAs. This is the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards and it starts right now."
Other winners included Chris Brown, who took home the Best Male Video prize, and Pussycat Dolls, who beat Madonna to the Best Dancing In A Video trophy.
Rihanna, Kanye West and Christina Aguilera were among performers at the event, which took place at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles.
