Wahlberg: 'NKOTB deserved criticism'

New Kids On The Block member Donnie Wahlberg believes that there were times when critics were right to savage the group.

In an interview with AOL Music Sessions, the singer reflected on the band's first stint together, admitting that some of their songs and performances "weren't good".

Talking about their recent comeback, Wahlberg commented that the support of their fans has been strong.

"For these fans to come back, it obviously speaks to the connection we had with them," he said.
