Britney Spears's record label is reportedly hoping that the pop princess will release a new album by the end of the year.
According to The Sun, RCA bosses are looking to get material in the shops for December.
A source commented that executives are amazed at Britney's recent change in fortune, including her hat-trick of wins at last week's MTV Video Music Awards.
"They've been astonished by how well she’s managed to piece her life back together," said the insider.
