David Cook announces album release date

The singer, who won last year's American Idol and went on to break a US chart record for new entries, will release his latest disc on November 18.
He told Billboard: "The music is rock and it's pretty undeniably me, which I'm pretty excited about. There's gonna be some interesting twists and turns... that will keep people interested."
It was revealed in May that Cook is dating former Idol contestant Kimberley Caldwell.
