The TV personality, who won Comic Relief Does Fame Academy last year, also revealed that the project gave her an opportunity to reflect on life in the spotlight and her past troubles.
"I sing and play [piano] and it's all me in there," Tomkinson told Stella magazine. "I couldn't write an autobiography. This album is my autobiography. I'm proud of it. It sounds quite like Dido."

Speaking last month, Tomkinson complained about critics who doubt her sobriety, insisting that she has been clean of drugs for years.
