Gallagher was knocked to the ground by a man who invaded the stage while Oasis played at a gig in Canada earlier this month. The incident left the musician with three broken ribs.
Healy and his bandmates have invited fans to join them on stage at previous concerts, but have now reportedly discussed banning the idea in future.
"It was odd to see Noel getting pushed over because, when you are in Oasis, you have about 20 bodyguards," Fran told the Daily Record."How did that guy get through?"
The band's guitarist Andy Dunlop added: "It gave us a real fright. You usually feel safe on stage."
Travis release their new album Ode To J. Smith on Monday.
