John Lennon's widow and EMI Records had tried to block the use of 'Imagine' in The Premise Media production, but their lawsuits have now been dropped.
The documentary about scientists and teachers featured a 15-second clip of the track, reports ITN. Premise's lawyer Anthony Falzone said: "We think it was clear from the beginning that our clients had every right to use the 'Imagine' clip as they did, and we're happy we've vindicated that right."
