The socialite-turned-singer said her new record has a "European dance vibe" similar to Minogue's sound.
"I was really inspired by Kylie Minogue. I love her; I just love that European dance vibe. The last album was completely hip-hop and this is completely different," she said.
One of the tracks on the LP is 'My BFF', a collaboration with boyfriend Benji Madden. Others include 'Paris For President', 'Jailhouse Baby' and 'Platinum Blonde'.
Hilton commented last month that she would like to have recorded a duet with Britney Spears for the album.
