Jackson resumes tour after mystery illness

Janet Jackson's 'Rock Witchu' tour is to resume after the star was given a clean bill of health.

Jackson was hospitalised at the end of September after becoming unwell just minutes before she was due to go on stage.

A number of dates had to be pulled while the superstar recuperated. However, promoter Live Nation has now confirmed to Access Hollywood that the tour will resume on October 11.

"Janet, who has been under her doctor's care and recuperating over the last week, is excited about getting back on the road and again being able to share with her fans what she feels is one of her best stage shows ever," the promoters said in a statement.
