According to the Daily Star, the band's new material is a shift in direction for the pop act.
During an intimate gig in New York, the band played new songs including 'Who's Your Money', 'Major For You' and 'Singularity'. They also performed a cover of Roxy Music's 'The Strand'.
The group's follow-up to 2006's Ta-Dah is expected to be released next year.
