The track 'Born To Be A Dancer' features on a compilation that has surfaced on website TheDailyBeast.com.
Recorded by Ed Gilroy - the brother of Madonna's then-boyfriend Dan Gilroy - in a Queens synagogue basement, the audio features the popstar talking and joking with her lover.
The songs from the early '80s weave in and out of audio of Madonna's acceptance speech at the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame earlier in the year.
