Lily Allen's new single 'Everyone's At It' appears to offer a commentary on Britain's drug culture.
The singer has posted a preview of the song from her forthcoming LP on her MySpace page.
The lyrics reveal: "I get involved but I’m not advocating... I'm not trying to say that I’m smelling of roses, but when will we tire of putting s**t up our noses?"
Allen, 23, has been outspoken on the issue in the past and is reported to have said she would struggle to give up taking recreational drugs.
The track's chorus asks: "Why can't we all just be honest, admit to ourselves that everyone's on it? From politicians to young adolescents, prescribing themselves anti-depressants."
The 'Smile' singer's second album It's Not Me, It's You is due out at the start of next year, having undergone a name change earlier this month.
