Craig David becomes 'Doctor of Music'

The singer, who releases a Greatest Hits CD next month, was made a Doctor of Music for his contribution to the music industry.
Actor Jeremy Irons and designer Jenny Packham were also celebrated at the ceremony at Southampton's Guildhall.
David has sold over 13 million albums and scored hit singles with 'Fill Me In', '7 Days' and 'Hot Stuff (Let's Dance')' during his ten-year career.
