Stereophonics star wants more credit

The Welsh singer-songwriter claimed that the group remains underrated despite staying active in the music industry for over a decade.
"We should win an award for that. It's tough for a lot of bands to get along and get anywhere these days," Jones told the Daily Star. "It is hard to stay in the game and although we haven't had a lot of recognition, we have put our heads down and just tried to write a good tune."
Stereophonics are currently promoting new single 'You're My Star' and forthcoming greatest hits compilation Decade In The Sun before embarking on an arena tour next month.
"We are really looking forward to it as we have never played all the singles back-to-back in a live gig before," Jones added. "We have got a new guy doing loads of mad stage designs and lighting."
