Previous winners include Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner, Beth Ditto, The Gallows' Frank Carter and Pete Doherty.
Jay-Z, MGMT's Andre VanWyngarden and Late of The Pier's Sam Dust are among other artists on the new list.
Liam Gallagher, Elbow's Guy Garvey and Johnny Marr also made the top 50.
