According to Music Week, the 1980s post-punk band will appear together at the Glasgow Old Fruitmarket on November 22.
The event is a fundraiser for Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy.
"I am very excited about this year's Tartan Clef Music Awards, which looks set to be the best yet with a stellar line-up and a great venue," said the event chairman Donald MacLeod.
"The fact that it has come so far in such a short period of time is something myself and the fundraising board are very proud of. It is my view that it will very soon become just as important to the music industry as the Brits or the NME Awards."
Orange Juice, who released the albums You Can't Hide Your Love Forever, Rip It Up and Texas Fever, split in 1985 after several lineup changes.
