Timberlake, Beyoncé to appear on final TRL

They will join Mariah Carey, P. Diddy, Backstreet Boys, Nelly, Kid Rock, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg and J.C. Chasez to film the final episode of the famous MTV music show.
Christina Aguilera and Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker will also appear via satellite to share some of their memories.
TRL began in September 1998 and has been a platform for artists to promote their music to MTV's expansive audience. Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Jessica Simpson all made their debuts on the show.
In the May issue of US magazine Vibe, TRL was listed as the eleventh most influential show in the past 15 years.
MTV announced it was axing the show in September after ratings began to slide.
