The singer teamed up with Esmée Denters for a duet called 'Follow My Lead' that can be downloaded from the music site.
The song was recorded live at a recent 'Justin Timberlake and Friends' concert in aid of the Shriners Hospital for Children.
"Justin is so passionate about this cause, and we are thrilled to offer him the opportunity to spread that passion to his more than 1 million fans on MySpace," Josh Brooks of MySpace Music said in a statement.

The Sexy Back singer teamed up with Denters for the song after 18 million people viewed her performance of Timberlake's 'What Goes Around Comes Around' on YouTube.
