Girls Aloud are expected to sign a new contract with their record company later this week.
The group have come to the end of their original deal to release five albums and have reportedly drawn up a new contract with Fascination.
"Girls Aloud are bigger than ever what with their latest album Out Of Control and single 'The Promise' both going straight in at No 1 in the charts," a source told the Daily Star.
"Both their label Fascination and the band themselves are delighted at how things are going and are keen to keep the good times rolling.
"There’s been a load of false rumours suggesting this will be the band’s final album and that the girls are planning solo careers. This news will finally put those rumours to rest."
Despite suggestions that other labels may attempt to secure a deal with the group, the insider insisted that they are "committed to the team around them and wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere".
Girls Aloud's latest album Out Of Control was released earlier this month.
