The former Beatle told Absolute Radio: "Bob Dylan would be lovely [to collaborate with] because I admire him. And I was thinking the other day maybe David Byrne, because I like him too."
Sir Paul went on to say that the lyrics for his new LP Electric Arguments were made up on the spot in the recording studio. Released under the pseudonym The Fireman, the album marks the third time he has teamed up with producer Youth.
The 13-track LP is scheduled for release in the UK on November 25.
