Irish clergyman slams Boyzone video
Published Saturday, Nov 22 2008, 06:34 GMT | By Sarah Rollo

The controversy centres around footage for the group's promo for new single 'Better', which includes Stephen Gately cuddling a man while his bandmates cosy up to women.
Gately, who came out in 1999 and is in a civil partnership, said of the scenes: "For me, it's just me being me and I don't think there should be a real big issue about the whole thing anyway."
However, the clergyman told The Sun: "This video, that will be watched by millions, is sending out a deadly message to young people."
Boyzone became the first boyband to feature a gay couple in a music video with their promo for 'Better'.
