The pair performed Morrison's new single 'Broken Strings' together on the BBC's Children In Need last week.
The original version of the song, which is taken from Morrison's second album Songs for You, Truths for Me, features vocals from Canadian singer Nelly Furtado.
"I've got some shows coming up and I want Keisha to come out again and sing with me," Morrison told the Daily Star. "Live is a better way to go - we won't record it.
"Keisha is underestimated as a singer because she's part of a group. She's really soulful."
"She is the Sugababes for me - she's always been there," he added. "We first met at the Royal Variety Show and have kept in touch."
