The group will perform on the second day of The Bamboozle Festival on May 3, which is the Big Apple's largest music gathering.
Lead singer Gwen Stefani recently revealed that the band should "pack up the babies" and get on the road as soon as possible. They have not released any new material since 2003.
Stefani has since released two solo albums, while the other band members have worked on various projects.
The group reunited last year for a surprise live performance during Stefani's solo tour.
