The track, taken from her I Am... Sasha Fierce album, climbs from two to one this week to replace T.I. and Rihanna's 'Live Your Life' at the summit.
'Live Your Life' falls to two, while another Beyoncé single, 'If I Were A Boy', holds steady at three.
Meanwhile, Lady GaGa climbs to a new peak of five with her debut single 'Just Dance'.
The highest new entry of the week comes from Kanye West, who debuts at 21 with his Lil Wayne collaboration 'See You In My Nightmares'.
