Coldplay face plagiarism claims

Reuters reports that Joe Satriani has filed a copyright infringement suit to an LA federal court seeking a jury trial, damages and "any and all profits" attributed to the alleged plagiarism.
The 52-year-old claims that parts used by Coldplay were taken from his 2004 instrumental 'If I Could Fly'.
Coldplay have been put forward for a Grammy for the song, which comes from the band's album of the same name.
