The veteran American rock singer and the Britpop act are tipped to play the Pyramid Stage on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
Damon Albarn announced last month that Blur would be reforming in the studio next year, while Springsteen releases new album Working On A Dream in January.
According to eFestivals, neither act has signed up to play yet, but the festival is expected to confirm its top acts soon.
Other acts expected to play the event include Franz Ferdinand, The Ting Tings and Rolf Harris.
Glastonbury runs from June 24 to 28 at Worthy Farm, Somerset.
