Spears had previously appeared in the Pussycat Dolls' music video for 'When I Grow Up', but the clips featuring the singer were axed from the final edit.
Speaking to MTV, Nicole Scherzinger claimed that there is "definitely" a possibility of a collaboration.
"We love Britney. She's a friend of ours and she's a really cool girl," she said. "She's down to earth, so we support her."
Bandmate Melody Thornton added: "She's such a legend... She's making her way. And she's the Queen of Pop, along with Madonna, and we want to follow into those footsteps. So, we're excited."
The Pussycat Dolls will support Britney on her upcoming world tour.
