The band are streaming their new LP on their MySpace page until December 15.
Folie a Deux, which features guest appearances from Blondie singer Debbie Harry and rapper Lil' Wayne, will be given a physical release on December 16.
The new record is the follow-up to their number one album Infinity On High, which topped the US chart when it was released in 2007.
The group will kick off the tour at Manchester's MEN Arena on March 5 and play further dates at London's O2 arena (March 6), Cardiff's CIA (March 7) and the Brighton Centre (March 8).
