The Britpop band, who announced that they had reunited on Tuesday, have already sold out one show at the London venue on July 3.
Tickets are currently on sale for a second date on July 2.
Frontman Damon Albarn revealed earlier this week that the group will be playing a string of warm-up shows before Hyde Park, including a gig in Wolverhampton.
The band are also tipped to be the Sunday headline act for next year's Glastonbury Festival.
