According to TMZ, the suit states that Buckner "desires to dissolve Papa Roach" and wants a share of profits, plus damages.
Buckner was a founding member of the US rock band until he was fired last Christmas. However, he remains a partner in the various companies the group formed.
He claims that he has been excluded from business transactions his former friends have made over the last year.
