The singer's choreographer has claimed that the pair, who previously collaborated on 'Me Against The Music', are in talks for Madonna to make a guest appearance.
"There's been talk of Madonna making an appearance and there's so many places we could take that," said Wade Robson. "At this point the main issue is timing."
Spears joined Madonna on stage in November for the Los Angeles leg of the latter's 'Sticky & Sweet' tour.
The 'Womanizer' singer will play London's O2 arena in June next year.
