The event will take place at London's Victoria Park on Friday, July 17. Previous Madstocks were held in 1992, 1994, 1996 and 1998.
It is rumoured that the reformed Specials may also perform at the concert.
Madness release a new studio album in March called The Liberty Of Norton Folgate. Madstock will mark the 30th anniversary of their debut single 'The Prince'.
