Sugababes working slowly on next album

Sugababes have vowed to work slowly on their next album following disappointing sales of Catfights and Spotlights.

The group's latest offering, which was written and recorded within weeks, debuted at number eight in the album chart in October before quickly falling out of the top 40.

"We want to take a long while to write the next album," Keisha Buchanan told the Daily Star Sunday. "And we're going to kill it. Just watch this space."

Issuing a warning to their rivals Girls Aloud and Pussycat Dolls, Amelle Berrabah commented: "Bitches better watch out. Next year we're coming back stronger."

Buchanan recently confirmed that the band will be working on the album with top US producers.
