Elbow win critics' album of the year
Elbow's fourth studio album The Seldom Seen Kid has scooped the UK music critics' album of 2008 title.

HMV's "poll of polls" includes votes from the nation's media critics, the store's staff and online customers.

Other albums on the list include Portishead's long-awaited comeback Third, Nick Cave's Dig, Lazarus, Dig and Vampire Weekend's self-titled debut.
