The Who, Kasabian to play Astoria?

The music venue has announced that it wants to have rock acts for the final evening, rather than pop groups who have more recently been associated with the legendary club.
"We don't want them there. We are hoping to get The Who and Kasabian to perform. It's more that kind of evening,” a spokesperson told The Independent.
The Astoria will play host to a final club night on January 20 before being demolished to make way for a new rail transport link.
