Love's Nobody's Daughter LP was scheduled for release on January 1, but did not appear online in the New Year as planned.
Following the delay, an administrator wrote a note on Love's MySpace page claiming the record was very close to completion.
"The artwork is pretty much done," they said. "Courtney has $30 million in sponsorships, from a prominent feminine hygiene/menstrual company and a prominent tequila company.
"And Courtney doesn't even understand that part!"
On the subject of Love's current health, the administrator added: "Courtney is sober, clean, classy and very elegant and sophisticated and super intelligent."
Nobody's Daughter, the singer's first album since 2004, is now expected on February 9.
