The singer confirmed that she has collaborated with Peñate on his 'suprising' new record.
"I’ve done some backing vocals for Jack’s new album. He’s one of my best mates," she told The Star.
"It’s very exciting stuff. It’s not as indie or guitar driven as his first album. People are going to be surprised."
Fatboy Slim recently revealed that he had also contributed to the new LP, the follow-up to 2007's Matinée.
Peñate's second album is expected for release in May 2009.
