Courteeners 'in disagreement with label'

The singer claimed that the follow-up to St. Jude will have a notably different sound.
"There’s nothing wrong with St Jude but this time I want things to evolve," he told the Daily Star. "I've got nine songs at least. Some sound in my head like singles, but they probably won't to the label's ears. They want Snow Patrol songs."
Fray added: "There are three songs that will almost certainly make the album, 'Bojangles', which we've played live, 'Revolver', which is just mega, and 'Three Months', about how three months is the point in a relationship where you can tell if it's got a future or not."
The frontman also revealed that the band has not yet settled on a producer, saying: "I'm not sure what's happening with producers. It might be Stephen Street again, or someone new."
