The eleven-track LP, which will be released on March 23, has been produced by Brian Higgins and Xenomania, the team behind Girls Aloud's record-breaking run of hits.
Pet Shop Boys - Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe - recently collaborated with Xenomania on 'The Loving Kind', the new single from Girls Aloud.
Tennant described Yes, which features a track co-written by Tchaikovsky and guitar work by Johnny Marr, as a "fantastic, wide-ranging pop record."
The album will be preceded by the single 'Love etc' on March 16.
Meanwhile, Pet Shop Boys are to collect the Outstanding Contribution To Music prize at the Brit Awards next month.
