Madonna 'highest-earner in US'

The singer made $120.1 million (£82.3 million) last year, beating Celine Dion (£73.18m) and Kenny Chesney (£65.57) to the top spot in the LA Times chart.
Rankings were determined based on concert ticket sales, as well as album and download sales.
Also making the top ten were rockers The Eagles, AC/DC, Bon Jovi and the Jonas Brothers. The highest-ranking British act was Coldplay, who made $8.1m in the US last year to finish in sixth.
