The songs 'Electric Shock', 'Broken' and 'Binge' were aired by Albarn and fellow Gorillaz founder Jamie Hewlett.
Albarn said that the songs were still not complete, but they are expected to appear on a forthcoming third studio album from the animated band.
"I keep changing [the tracks] - it's not finished by any means," said Albarn. "It's really hard to know when something's done - if I haven't got it right I'll throw it away."
The tracks, which appeared to have been influenced by Albarn's Africa Express project, were noticeably different from the material on 2005's Demon Days and 2001's self-titled debut.
Albarn also played songs from Blur's John Peel sessions, hip-hop duo Dead Prez, Girls Aloud, The Horrors and Razorlight.
