Perry given gong in awards blunder

The singer collected the prize for Best International Song for 'I Kissed A Girl' at the country's main music awards ceremony, held in Cannes on Saturday.
However, the title should have gone to Rihanna for 'Disturbia', reports the BBC.
Host Nikos Aliagas blamed a mistake in the vote-counting for the blunder.
