Speaking to NME, the star was discussing the benefits of being famous when she said: "I love playing Glastonbury. Am I playing this year? Um... nothing has been announced yet."
"I'd really like to play at six o'clock on the Friday though... Oh, sh*t."
Allen also claimed that extensive touring and writing songs had lead to the relatively long gap between her debut album and upcoming LP It's Not Me, It's You.
"I was touring for most of that time and when I got home I had to make an album - the difference with me and most popstars is they have an album waiting for them to record when they get home. I had to write mine."
The singer releases her new single 'The Fear' on January 26.
