According to The Mirror, the London mayor was "bopping away" while the Manchester band busked in the capital.
The tube-busking tour marked the release of the band's 'Leave London' EP on Monday.
The four-piece were attempting to perform at 10 tube stations, starting at St Johns Wood and ending at Euston, across the day.
