According to Teletext, Springsteen's Italian promoter confirmed that he will play the show on June 28. AC/DC are expected to top the bill on June 27.
Springsteen is also expected to be the Saturday headliner for this year's Glastonbury. Yesterday he confirmed European live dates in Holland, Belgium, Finland, Norway, Germany, Austria, Sweden and Denmark across June and July.
He releases his new studio album Working On A Dream on January 26. The veteran rocker will also play the Super Bowl XLIII halftime show on February 1.
