The singer will head back into the studio to work on his final LP with current record label EMI.
Manager David Enthoven confirmed that Williams has been working with songwriter Guy Chambers, who penned his singles 'Angels' and 'Let Me Entertain You', as well as dance producers Soul Mekanik, who remixed his last album Rudebox.
Co-manager Tim Clark also confirmed that the star has written a "very interesting song" with Mark Ronson.
Williams is reportedly keen to move on from his current £80 million contract with EMI. "The elephant needs to leave the room, the elephant being the record company," Enthoven told The Guardian.
Despite reports that record companies were competing to sign the singer, he is unlikely to sign a conventional contract.
"The old-fashioned record deal is not something that Robbie Williams would consider," Clark added.
