Jade Ewen to represent UK at Eurovision

The 21-year-old Londoner was chosen in a public vote over rival acts The Twins (Francine and Nicola Gleadall) and Mark Evans.
Ewen impressed viewers with performances of Beyoncé's 'Deja Vu', 'Lady Marmalade' and her own version of 'My Time', composed especially for the show by Andrew Lloyd Webber.
Commenting on the result, Lloyd Webber said: "The Eurovision show started Abba, it started Riverdance and it's going to start the career of this incredibly talented young woman."
Welsh singer Evans finished in third place in the public vote, while The Twins were the competition's runner-ups.
Lloyd Webber had previously vowed to snub the Eurovision final if the public chose the wrong act to represent the UK.
He has now promised to play the piano for Ewen when she performs at the event in Moscow on May 16.
