Springsteen, who promised a "12-minute party" in an earlier press conference, opened his set with 'Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out', which included a knee-slide across the stage.
He then played the classic 'Born To Run', which he followed with the title track of his new album 'Working On A Dream'.
The Boss finished with 'Glory Days', changing the lyrics to refer to American football rather than baseball, The AP reports.
"I want you to put the chicken fingers down and turn your television all the way up," Springsteen said before the band started their set.
He finished off the performance by yelling: "I'm going to Disneyland!"
Yesterday, Springsteen entered the UK album charts at number one with Working On A Dream, beating Franz Ferdinand's third album Tonight to the top spot.
