The record will be called The High End Of Low and is expected to be released in May.
"My new record is done, man, it's a self-described state of being that I'm in. You're going to be f**king freaked. It's the sh*t," he wrote on his website.
The singer is currently completing the mixing process and is expected to film the video for new single 'I Want To Kill You Like They Do In The Movies' later this month.
"It's nine minutes long," he said. "Severely sadist. Basically, it's murder, sex, death, the end."
Manson's last album Eat Me, Drink Me reached number eight in the UK and US charts in 2007.
